Please fill out this application if you are interested in enrolling your child at NCS for the upcoming year. A separate application must be completed for each child. Applications must be received on or before January 31, 2025 to be considered for placement in a class. If more applications are received than there are available spaces, a public random lottery will be held at 11:00am on February 4, 2025 at Nord Country School. Applications received after January 31, 2025 will be added to the waitlist. The waitlist will allow students the option of enrolling in the case an opening becomes available at a later date for the 2025-2026 school year. The waitlist does not carry over to the following school year, so a new application will need to be submitted.

Complete esta solicitud si está interesado en inscribir a su hijo en NCS para el próximo año. Se debe completar una solicitud por separado para cada niño. Las solicitudes deben recibirse a más tardar el 31 de enero de 2025 para ser consideradas para su colocación en una clase.
