At Nord Country School, being a small school makes a big difference. With one class per grade, our teachers know thier students well and students have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships across the entire school community.
Our K-8 model allows students to grow up together, develop lasting friendships, and learn from adults who know them not only as students, but as individuals.

At Nord Country School, we believe a strong education is about more than reading, writing, and mathematics. Our students experience a well-rounded education that develops academic skills, creativity, physcial fitness, curiosity, confidence, and character.
Alongside their core academic subjects, students participate in art, music, physical education, and Spanish.

Spanish
The goal of the Spanish Language Program at Nord Country School is to provide language enrichment through songs, games, literature, film and cultural experiences. Students who participate in the K-5 Spanish Program will learn basic conversation skills and vocabulary through a comprehension based language program. Students attend Spanish class twice a week. Additionally, we believe that learning Spanish should be fun and interactive! Nord Country School seeks to help students develop a global perspective and learning Spanish is one of the ways that students are encouraged to become citizens who are able to think more globally.
