Meet the teacher

Hi! I'm Sheila Koester and I'm the 1st grade teacher here at Nord Country School. 

I am currently in my 14th year of teaching. My first job was teaching English Language Development, science and social studies to 2nd graders. After a year, I was offered the 1st grade teaching position. First is the best!

My husband and I have two amazing kids that keep us very busy!
